Tales from the Far Side of Fifty

"The company was built on the premise that acting in a socially responsible manner, with integrity and honesty, leads to personal success and a thriving community."

Tales from the Far Side of Fifty

“The ultimate reality show – real older women telling the tales your mother never told you.”

Tales from the Far Side of Fifty will be making its Oceanside debut at the historic Star Theatre this March. In these live performances, 14 women ages 56 to 84 share their personal stories about how life really is on the FAR side of fifty. The women wrote this compilation of stories, memoirs and remembrances in workshops facilitated by Lonnie Hewitt, and funded by a Senior Artist Project grant.

Performance Times & Dates

Two free senior previews will be offered on Wednesday March 26 and Friday March 28 beginning at 2:00 pm. The Star Theatre is located at 402 North Coast Highway in Oceanside California. Reservations are required so that seats can be reserved for you and your group.

For further information, and to make reservations, please contact Lonnie Hewitt at 858-523-0223 or send an e-mail message.
